Created in 2013, the IT&M group has successfully developed, in Paris and Orléans, by providing its expertise in consulting, project management, statistical analysis and data science, particularly in the banking, insurance, health and pharmaceutical sectors.
This operation allows Astek to strengthen its presence in these key sectors for the Group as well as its territorial anchoring in France, which will now have more than 3,500 employees, including a hundred in the Centre region.

In addition to organic growth of more than 20%, the Astek Group plans to pursue its policy of targeted acquisitions, in order to reach the critical size of €500m in revenue by 2022, initially targeted for 2024.
