The Astek Group announces the acquisition of the French group IT&M, a specialist in consulting and data management, which has 280 employees, and a forecast turnover of €24m in 2022.

Created in 2013, the IT&M group has successfully developed, in Paris and Orléans, by providing its expertise in consulting, project management, statistical analysis and data science, particularly in the banking, insurance, health and pharmaceutical sectors.

This operation allows Astek to strengthen its presence in these key sectors for the Group as well as its territorial anchoring in France, which will now have more than 3,500 employees, including a hundred in the Centre region.

« I am very happy to allow IT&M to continue its growth within a Group with very solid experience and whose strong presence in the IT professions and in France will bring new development opportunities. » said David Teman, founder of IT&M.

Julien Gavaldon, Chairman of the Board of the Astek Group added: « The acquisition of IT&M fits perfectly into Astek’s external growth strategy, aimed at strengthening the Group with highly specialized companies with high-level know-how. We were seduced by the expertise of the IT&M consultants, who are expanding the offer of our Consulting division, which now has nearly 500 employees in France. »

In addition to organic growth of more than 20%, the Astek Group plans to pursue its policy of targeted acquisitions, in order to reach the critical size of €500m in revenue by 2022, initially targeted for 2024.
