Transformation toward a Data Global Capability Center for a global beauty leader
We supported a global leader in the beauty industry through a major transformation of its Data Science activities, evolving from a purely consulting-based model in France to a fully‑fledged Global Capability Center. Leveraging our deep understanding of the client’s ecosystem and the proven technical expertise of our teams, we orchestrated a seamless transfer of know‑how from France to India.

Through a Train & Transfer model, Polish expertise was transferred to India, enabling rapid ramp‑up and the establishment of highly specialized offshore capabilities. This setup delivered flexibility, 24/7 availability, and cost optimization for the client.
