Whistleblowing procedure
Following the Sapin II law, the Astek Group has set up a professional alert system allowing employees, occasional workers (trainees, temporary staff, etc.) and external service providers of the Astek Group to report facts prohibited by the law (such as a crime or misdemeanor) or constituting a violation, a threat or a serious prejudice to the public interest. The alert must have a general scope aimed at the common good and ethics, and should not relate to an individual or collective labor dispute.
