Whistleblowing procedure

Following the Sapin II law, the Astek Group has set up a professional alert system allowing employees, occasional workers (trainees, temporary staff, etc.) and external service providers of the Astek Group to report facts prohibited by the law (such as a crime or misdemeanor) or constituting a violation, a threat or a serious prejudice to the public interest. The alert must have a general scope aimed at the common good and ethics, and should not relate to an individual or collective labor dispute.

To this end, the Group has in particular set up a generic email address dedicated to ethical alerts by electronic means: [email protected].

An alert can also be sent by post to the following address:

Ethics Committee / Monsieur Quentin Poirier
77/81 ter rue Marcel Dassault – 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France.

It is recommended to then send it by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, all in a double envelope, the inner envelope bearing the mention « Dispositif de recueil des alertes : ne peut être ouvert que par le Comité Éthique ».

It is imperative, whatever the method of sending, to attach to each alert the “Alert Form” duly completed. The latter can be downloaded by clicking on the button below:

This form is strictly confidential.

It is also possible for the Whistleblower to report orally. Reports by telephone call or voice message are accepted.

The procedure implemented follows the diagram below:
