The Astek Group announces the acquisition of the French company Emisys, a project management consulting firm, which has 150 employees, spread over 6 agencies, for a turnover of 13 million euros.

More than 10 years of expertise in project management

Emisys has built an expert offer and has been able to meet the expectations of the largest industrial groups in the transport, energy, health, environment and industry sectors. Present throughout the life cycle of a product, Emisys is involved in project governance and all associated support functions such as quality, purchasing, industrialization and the supply chain.

Created in France in 2010 around a high level offer in project management, Emisys has experienced remarkable development with an average annual growth of 35%. This specialization, combined with a policy of innovation and excellence, keeping human resources at the heart of the company’s strategy, has enabled the company to develop a portfolio of more than 200 customers and bring together more than 150 employees. Today thanks to its 6 regional agencies based in Lyon, Lille, Grenoble, Toulouse, Aix and Paris, Emisys is able to support its customers throughout the country, by being at the convergence of the worlds of consulting, engineering and change management.

“I am very happy to allow Emisys to continue its growth within a Group with very solid experience and whose strong presence in France will provide development opportunities in project management. This new chapter in our joint development will also generate synergies and new possibilities which will particularly benefit our historical customers and our employees wishing to benefit from career and mobility opportunities,” says Renaud Chanard, CEO and founder of Emisys.

By bringing together the offers of Catep and Emisys, the Astek Group becomes a major player in project management in France

The Astek Group is thus pursuing its policy of targeted acquisitions, which, combined with double-digit organic growth, aims to reach 500 million euros in turnover by 2024.

Julien Gavaldon, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Astek Group, explains that: “the acquisition of Emisys is a new important step in our development. It allows us to greatly strengthen our project management offer and to support our customers in this domain throughout the country. We welcome with great enthusiasm all these new talents, collaborators whose expertise will be invaluable. I welcome them all and associate them from now on in Astek’s development adventure.”
