Astek announces the acquisition of the French company Elysis, a company recognized in the field of project control and management consulting. This acquisition allows Astek to enrich its project engineering offering.
With the integration of Elysis, Astek strengthens its presence in France and its capacity to meet the project management needs of its clients, across all sectors of activity, including for large industrial projects.
Founded in 2011, Elysis has 200 employees, spread across 6 agencies in France and Belgium, for a turnover of 17.6 million euros. The company initially established its reputation in the automotive and railway industry sectors, particularly in the Hauts-de-France region, thanks to its mastery of economic and technological issues. This solid base has allowed it to diversify its sectors of intervention. Today, Elysis also operates in various fields such as energy, aeronautics, healthcare, infrastructures, and retail.
Elysis excels in the management and conduct of engineering activities, providing operational assistance in product, process and infrastructure engineering. Added to this skill is the mastery of the quality, costs and deadlines components, essential to optimize the profitability of projects. Finally, Elysis strengthens Astek’s capabilities in project and program management, particularly through Cost & Risk Management, PMO, and project reporting.
This operation allows Astek to strengthen its positioning and become one of the major players in project management in France, by bringing together the offers of Emisys and Elysis.
Julien Gavaldon, Chairman of the Management Board of the Astek Group, declared: “This strategic acquisition strengthens our positioning in several essential areas of project management and allows us to tackle more complex and diverse projects. Elysis provides us with skills that complement those of Emisys, a company integrated into the Group in 2022. Our ability to offer a full range of project engineering services to our clients is thus strengthened. We are excited to integrate the talents of Elysis, whose expertise will be a major asset to our operations.”
Jérémy Gonce, Director and Founder of Elysis, who will remain in charge of the company, added: “Joining the Astek Group represents a tremendous opportunity for Elysis to continue its expansion and offer our customers and employees new perspectives. We look forward to contributing to Astek’s growth momentum and participating in its ambition to become a global leader in technology and engineering consulting.”
Astek continues to follow its strategy of targeted acquisitions and double-digit organic growth. This new acquisition confirms Astek’s desire to develop strong synergies within its Group to provide ever more innovative solutions to its customers.
