The Astek Group announces the acquisition of the French company Emisys, a project management consulting firm, which has 150 employees, spread over 6 agencies, for a turnover of 13 million euros.
More than 10 years of expertise in project management
Created in France in 2010 around a high level offer in project management, Emisys has experienced remarkable development with an average annual growth of 35%. This specialization, combined with a policy of innovation, excellence and positioning human resources at the heart of the company’s strategy, has enabled the company to develop a portfolio of more than 200 customers and bring together more than 150 employees. Today thanks to its 6 regional agencies based in Lyon, Lille, Grenoble, Toulouse, Aix and Paris, Emisys is able to support its customers throughout the territory, by being at the convergence of the worlds of consulting, engineering and change management.
